About me
I came to my doctorate later than many of my peers. Rather than following a direct academic path, my journey into therapy grew from my own experience as a client. Through that process, I developed a deep respect for the work and a genuine passion for its impact. It was my therapist who first recognised my natural aptitude for the field and encouraged me to pursue it professionally.
Clients often tell me that my varied life experience brings a grounded and relatable perspective to our work. I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels authentic and thoughtfully tailored to each individual. By looking beneath the surface, we explore the deeper roots of your difficulties together, in a way that feels personal, collaborative and meaningful.
