Areas of Practice
My experience enables me to support a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to:
-
Grief cannot be rushed or fixed - it needs space and understanding. I offer a calm, compassionate environment where you can explore your loss at your own pace. Together, we make sense of how grief is affecting you and find ways to live alongside it, gently and without judgement.
-
I work in a way that respects and affirms neurodivergent experiences, recognising that different ways of thinking, feeling and processing are not deficits - just differences. Our work is collaborative and adapted to suit how you communicate, regulate and reflect best. Together, we focus on understanding your strengths and challenges, reducing overwhelm, and building strategies that genuinely support your daily life.
-
Bereavement can bring deep pain, confusion and change. I offer a steady, compassionate space where you can speak openly about your loss and everything that comes with it - including emotions that may feel difficult or unexpected. Together, we gently process your experience and support you in adjusting to life after loss, at a pace that feels right for you.
-
Post-traumatic stress can leave you feeling on edge, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I work at a pace that prioritises safety and stability, helping you gently understand how trauma is affecting your body and mind. Together, we focus on reducing distress, building regulation skills, and processing experiences carefully - so they feel less intrusive and more integrated over time.
